Paint Booth Pricing & Rental Rules:

Please note that the standard rental hours are from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., totaling 8 hours. However, we remain flexible with these hours, provided you communicate your specific needs in advance to either Dave Finnman or Mike Neal. A refundable cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required, which will be refunded following an inspection of the booth

RULES:

• PAYMENT FOR RENTAL is due upfront before access to rental booth is allowed

• Please refrain from spraying parts on walls or floors without using a tarp to protect these surfaces and the lights from overspray.

• Access to the booth is limited to a maximum of two individuals at any given time which includes the renter and an assistant. ABSOLUTELY NO SUB-LEASING

• All work must be conducted in booth and not outside the building

• Park at own risk

• Exceeding agreed-upon rental time will incur a storage charge of $100 per day. This is non-negotiable. Keys must remain on-site if vehicle is left

• There is a strict NO SMOKING and NO FOOD policy within the booth. Please step outside to partake in these activities

• The possession or consumption of Drugs or Alcohol is strictly prohibited on the property. Violation will result in loss of booth privilages without a refund

-Negligence of these rules (or any other rules deemed necessary) will not be tolerated. The adherence of these rules is mandatory, NO EXCEPTION

CLEANING RULES:     

• Booth must be left as clean as when you used it before leaving.

• ALL TRASH to be put in receptacles provided and emptied into commercial trash bin in front of grey house before leaving. NO EXCEPTIONS

• Please lock rolling gate before leaving and “Thank You” for your business!
