• Absolutely NO SMOKING, DRUGS or ALCOHOL within property limits (inside or outside)

• No more than two (2) people at a time allowed.

• Please keep the booth clean and avoid paint spills or spraying on the walls.

• You must take all waste and trash with you.

• Security deposit may be required.

• All work must be performed inside the booth, and not outside the building.

• Hours of operation are from 8:00am - 5:00pm

• The adherence of these rules is mandatory, NO exceptions.​

NOTE: You (the tenant) will be held responsible for any consequence arising from negligence of these or any other rules

Affordable Pricing

At KMPB Services, LLC, we believe that everyone should be able to enjoy a paint booth rental. That's why we offer competitive pricing to fit any budget.

• Deposit payment MUST be made prior to rental of the booth.

• $250.00 per 8 hours, per day, per car. No multiple cars.

• $1,000.00 per week, 8 hours per day, (5 days) 

• Time extensions may be permitted at a rate of $25.00 per each additional hour.

• If you do set a date and you are one hour later than the start time without calling, we assume you do not need the booth. You will lose your deposit.

Need an area to prep the day before? Rent both booths for 2 days $400.00

What’s included in the price?

Price includes paint stands if needed, compressor, table and a thermometer.

What is NOT included in the price?

Paint and materials, cleaners, tack rag, garbage bags, air gun, air hose, masking tape, tape, paper, plastic, sealer.
You must supply your own respirator.
